Thank you for considering consigning your quality items with us.
How Appointments work:
In Store Appointment:
In store appointments work as follows.
- Appointments are three times a day, 10 and 12 am and 3pm*. Appointments are necessary.
- Typically appointments last 10-20 minutes.
- Appointment begins with a review of the Terms of Agreement (PDF) as we want to make sure you are comfortable with how the consignment process works.
- We then sort your items (limit 50) into what we are able to take and what we will need to return to you. Items accepted are done by current needs and store standards. See below for more information.
- Typically within 2-3 weeks we will e-mail you a detailed list including selling prices for your review.
- You have 24 hours to review and respond with any questions or changes. Once you have responded OR 24 hours have gone by, we then finish processing the order and place the items out to sell.
*If these times don’t work for you, contact the store and we will certainly try to do our best to accommodate you.

Payment
Presentation is key in receiving the highest value for your items.
Store Standards for clothing;
- In excellent condition only
- Free of stains
- Has ALL buttons or clips
- Zippers are in working order
- Is odor-free. (We suggest limiting the use of heavily perfumed dryer sheets).
Tier 1 Payment - Meets our high standards and only needs our hangers and tags to go onto the sales floor.
“Ready to sell” orders will receive 50% of the selling price in cash, or 60% of the selling price in store credit.
In order to receive tier 1 payment- store standards plus the following must be met:
- Be free of wrinkles and/or fold lines
- Be free of hair, lint, pills, etc.
Tier 2 Payment- MOST ORDERS. Needs simple steaming, pressing or de-linting.
Orders will receive 40% of the selling price in cash or 50% of the selling price as store credit.
Tier 3 Payment- In need of cleaning or extra attention.
Orders receive 30% of the selling price in cash, or 40% of the selling price in store credit.
Clothing Items Accepted
- Girls newborn thru teen sizes clothing and shoes.
- Boys newborn to size 8
- Maternity

Gently Used Store Standards
- Better Labels and Designers ONLY.
- Kids - i.e.: Mini Boden, Hanna Anderson, Ralph Lauren, Lilly Pulitzer, baby Lulu, Gymboree, Gap, Janie and Jack…
- Teens - i.e. Abercrombie, Hollister, Gillie Hicks, Juicy, Solo...
- Old Navy and Children’s Place are accepted used, but in limited quantities and must be in “Like New” condition. Jeans, complete outfits, dresses and coats are good examples of items accepted. Please refrain from bringing t-shirts, cotton pants, leggings...since they are inexpensive to buy new in the first place.

New
All new items with tags or in packaging will be considered for consignment. We DO NOT accept character themed clothing.
(This include clothes from Target, Babies R US…).
Items NOT ACCEPTED
Please DO NOT bring the following brands of used clothing and shoes.
Target, Wal-Mart, K Mart, Babies R Us, Kohl’s, Payless and Gerber
Furniture
Furniture must be clean, odor free, in good working order, and have all original parts (instructions are nice, but not necessary), be free from any paint chipping and must meet current Government Safety Standards (go to: www.cpsc.gov to confirm your items have not been recalled).

Toys
We will consider most types of toys. Items should be in great shape. Small parts needs to be attached with bags and
sets (legos, blocks, train tracks...) should come in some form of a
container.
American Girl Dolls and accessories.
All items must be clean or a cleaning fee will be applied. Some fading is acceptable.
Puzzles, Games, Movies
Puzzles - assembled to show all pieces.
Board games in original packaging.
DVD's - free from scratches, popular and current titles in original packaging.
Books - published after 1985.
If your item requires batteries, please make sure to bring them. A battery fee will be applied if we supply the batteries.
